How do I place an order on RASHANCART?

Placing an order is simple! Browse our products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, select your delivery time slot, and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes, you can modify your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, the order enters our processing system and cannot be changed. Contact our customer support team immediately if you need assistance.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is ₹199 for standard delivery. For express delivery, the minimum order value is ₹299. This helps us maintain efficient delivery operations.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

All products shown on our website are in stock and available for ordering. If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll notify you immediately and suggest alternatives or process a refund.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured with industry-standard encryption.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹2000. For orders above this amount, we require online payment to ensure smooth processing and delivery.

Are there any additional charges or hidden fees?

No hidden fees! You only pay for the products and applicable delivery charges. Delivery fees vary based on your location and chosen delivery time slot. All charges are clearly displayed before you complete your order.

How do I apply a promo code or discount?

During checkout, you'll see a "Promo Code" field. Enter your code there and click "Apply." The discount will be immediately reflected in your order total. Only one promo code can be used per order.

Delivery & Shipping

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. You can choose from multiple delivery slots during checkout: Morning (7-11 AM), Afternoon (11 AM-3 PM), Evening (3-7 PM), or Night (7-10 PM).

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day in your chosen time slot.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can track your delivery partner's real-time location and estimated arrival time.

What if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?

If you're not available, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. You can authorize someone else to receive the order or reschedule delivery. For COD orders, we'll make one additional attempt the same day.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with any product quality, you can return it within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Fresh produce can be returned if there are quality issues.

How do I initiate a return or refund?

Contact our customer support team via phone, email, or the app with your order ID. We'll arrange for the return pickup and process your refund within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned items.

What if I receive damaged or expired products?

We take quality very seriously. If you receive any damaged or expired products, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for immediate replacement and issue a refund for the affected items.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

While you can place orders as a guest, creating an account offers benefits like order tracking, saved addresses, order history, and exclusive deals. It's free and only takes a minute to sign up.

How do I reset my password?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email or phone number, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

Is the RASHANCART app free to download?

Yes, the RASHANCART app is completely free to download from Google Play Store or our direct APK. There are no hidden charges or subscription fees for using the app.

How do I update my delivery address?

You can manage multiple addresses in your account settings. Go to "My Addresses" to add, edit, or remove delivery addresses. You can select any saved address during checkout.
